Freddie is a former BBC news reporter and current affairs film producer and has worked on documentaries as a reporter, producer and director. An award-winning filmmaker, he has worked in locations across the world, including Africa, Albania, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and the USA.

Liz Rutherford

Liz Rutherford

Liz is our Business Development Manager, seeking out new opportunities and new clients. Liz is involved in all our projects, liaising with clients right through the project from start to finish. This is who you'll be talking to. A former BBC journalist, Liz also worked for many years in the independent sector and has brought a good business head to the company.

Trevor Adamson

Trevor Adamson

Trevor is a Royal Television Society award-winning cameraman. Trevor has worked for a host of primetime television series, including nature programmes, drama and documentaries. Trevor has worked for all the major broadcasters and is a highly valued member of our team.

Ian da Costa

Ian da Costa

Ian has over 20 years' experience filming for the world's leading broadcasters, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, CNN, Sky and Discovery. He has extensive experience of filming in hostile environments. Seen here reporting from Bosnia during the war with Freddie Rostand's shoulder.

Bob Stanyard

Bob Stanyard

Bob is a former Royal Marine cameraman and has over 30 years' experience filming in locations across the world for a host of major broadcasters, including the BBC, ITV, Sky, Channel 4, Channel 5, Discovery and the History Channel.

Simon Vacher

Simon Vacher

Simon is our video post-production expert and is a specialist in animation and motion graphics, including formats such as CGI and animated title design. He has worked with a range of broadcasters and corporate clients, including the BBC and British Airways.

Nicola Phipps

Nicola Phipps

Nicola's career has taken her from ITN News at Ten, to BBC Network News, Documentaries, Meridian and Series Producer for ITV Features. Micola currently runs the NCTJ Post Graduate Journalism Training Course at Highbury College in Hampshire. She also works as a Global Consultant for the UK Government, helping establish fledgling media operations in Africa. Nicola's is a key member of our Communications and Media Training teams.
